Ethiopia Federal Forces Admit they Are Losing Ground to Fano Rebels in Amhara

In a Facebook post, the federal army says it's losing ground to Fano forces in the country's second most populous region.

In a bombshell Facebook post, Abiy Ahmed's mercenary army says it is losing the war in Amhara after seven months of unsuccessful campaigns. The Facebook post claims the army could not stop Fano rebels in Shoa province from attacking its bases and taking large weapons and money.

No one expected such an admission from Abiy Ahmed's mercenary army who some people call the Federal Army because it controls Ethiopia's capital, Addis Ababa.

Ethiopia has three fighting forces. The federal Oromo forces led by Abiy Ahmed and his Oromo cronies, the Tigray forces led by former rulers TPLF, and the emerging Amhara Fano forces who stunned the world in in seven months of fighting with the heavily armed Federal Abiy mercenary army.

The federal army conducted a massive aerial campaign in the last three months hoping to quell Fano forces but failed to make a breakthrough.

The Oromo genocidal ruler Abiy declared a state of emergency that gave him all killing powers in Amhara six months ago but after failing to suppress the rebellion, he was forced to extend it last week. His allies in Europe and America were surprised.

The Facebook post attached below alleges that because the army has failed to do anything against Fano forces in Shoa, it is now waiting for an internal rift between Fano commanders that would give it a chance.

Shoa province is the heart of Ethiopia and hosts the capital Addis Ababa, the only place Abiy Ahmed's mercenary army has a strong grip.

The Shoa Fano forces are commanded by a young colonel named Meketaw and a poet-turned rebel leader Assegid . Both commanders agree on dismantling Ethiopia's current ethnic arrangement but had differences on how to deal with other Ethiopians.

The statement from Abiy Ahmed's mercenary army simply wishes the two commanders would kill each other because it failed to kill them. Social media activists are simply laughing at the statement.
